Framed Print
Archival matte paper, solid oak or black frame, ready to hang. The default for coordinates and name pieces. From $49
Engraved Slate & Wood
Laser-cut, no ink to fade. Best for surnames, dates and addresses. Heavy in the hand. From $58
Night Light
Etched acrylic on a warm walnut base. The only format that works in a dark room, which is why memorials do well here. From $69
Keepsake Box
Lined birch, for the letters, the tags and the small things that have nowhere else to live. From $74
Ornament
Brass and enamel, dated. Comes out once a year, which is exactly the point. From $44
Candle
Engraved glass, unscented on purpose. Often the sympathy piece people send when they don't know the family well. From $46
How to choose, in three questions
Format is a decision about their house, not your taste.
If you are stuck between two, this is the order we would think about it in.
- Is there wall space? If not, skip prints entirely.
- Will it be seen daily, or brought out? Daily favours desk and slate.
- Is the occasion heavy? Light and candle formats carry weight better.
- Is there a photo? If not, four of six formats still work.
- Is it shipping abroad? Glass and frames add cost and risk.
